Tailored for young individuals aged 12 and older, this series is the perfect playground for them to learn the intricacies of movement and performance fundamentals. Over five dynamic days, they will be under the guidance of seasoned fitness professionals dedicated to nurturing both new talents and budding athletes.

What Your Teen Will Learn:
Each participant will engage in a comprehensive curriculum designed to cultivate not only their physical strength but also their understanding of how to move efficiently and safely. The series covers a variety of fitness disciplines, including:

  • Strength Training: Building a solid foundation of strength through age-appropriate exercises.

  • Agility Drills: Enhancing coordination and the ability to change direction quickly.

  • Calisthenics: Developing flexibility and body control through rhythmical movements.

  • Boxing Basics: Introducing techniques that improve reflexes and cardiovascular health.

Hands-on Experience and Interactive Learning:
Our approach involves active participation, ensuring that teens not only learn but also apply their new skills in real-time. Sessions are held in small groups (up to 10 students), fostering a supportive and personalized training environment. Each 3-hour session is packed with activities designed to keep the body moving, making learning both effective and fun.

Safety is paramount in all our activities. Teens are advised to wear comfortable training clothes and shoes suitable for physical activities. Our program also emphasizes best practices for movement to avoid injuries.

  • Day 2: Calisthenics

    Technique instruction & strategies to develop skills in:

    • Hanging

    • Rings

    • Back bridges

    • Straddle positions

  • Day 3: Athleticism

    Technique instruction & strategies to develop proficiency in:

    • starting speed

    • cone drills

    • change of direction

    • proper landing technique

  • Day 4: Boxing

    Technique instruction & strategies to develop competency in:

    • fighting stance

    • punches

    • punch combinations

    • bob and weaving

  • Day 5: Bringing it All Together

    Connect the dots between the techniques of various sporting activities through fun games and challenges, showing your growth over the past week and highlighting areas you can work on to improve your movement for the upcoming school year.
